Come learn what it means to be a precinct officer and delegate. You can also go to this page here to understand better what precinct officers and delegates d0 https://www.utahdemocrats.org/caucus#vocabulary. People often think that you have to be registered Democrat to participate in our Caucus night and we want to make it clear that is not the case. The Democratic Party is an open party which means you can participate regardless of your party status. Republicans are a closed party, but we are not. Often people say they feel like they are the only Democrat in their area, this is the opportunity to learn who the other Dems and like minded people are in your neighborhood and you can become a county delegate which makes you a member of the county central committee. We hope you will come and build community with us. You can pre-register here: RSVP Today!
We are also inviting you to our County Convention that will held on Saturday, March 28th at 1:30PM at Logan High School Auditorium. For many of you, this will be the first time for you to hear from our candidates for both House races, county races, state school board, and our new Congressional candidates! We will also be selecting our state delegates who will decide the contested races at the state convention on Saturday, April 25th in Salt Lake City.
The next No Kings rally will also be on March 28th and while we had picked our date prior to knowing when the next rally would be, we hope you will attend both that day. We have been coordinating with the organizers of No Kings to ensure that you can attend both. The rally will be in the morning and then join us in the afternoon. The 2026 election cycle is looking to be an exciting one! We hope you can join us!
