Breakfast social

We hope everyone is enjoying their summer! There have been a lot of great events that have been happening this summer with the We the People rallies and Our Community Cache Valley group. Cache Democrats are committed to working with organizations to build up our community and fight for the rights of the people. We are working on holding some events to get together this summer and we hope you can join us for them.

We are having a breakfast social at the First Dam Pavilion on Saturday, July 19th from 8:30-10:30 AM. (See the above graphic) This is a free event and you can RSVP at the this link https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdN-wySlXetBFq8Md-7lkUgzh8zp7K65-ZLZuVQowrtyxgi8w/viewform?pli=1. This will help us to plan for the food accordingly. Bring your families and mingle with other local Democrats. We hope to see you there!

A few other events are in the works and, as your chair, I am excited about them. We are working on showing a documentary at USU hopefully in August that will be a fundraiser to support CRIC which helps immigrants and refugees in our valley. We are also excited to announce that our fall fundraiser, we are making an annual event, and it will be named the Harry Reid Fundraising Dinner. Many people don't know that Harry Reid who was Senate Majority Leader is an alum of USU and would always have an intern from Utah State while he served as Senator. We want to honor an influential Democrat who also had local ties. More details on this event to come shortly.

As always we will continue to try and be present at local parades and events when possible. We are also going to continue our service opportunities and more information on future ones will be shared on our website and social media.
